False advertising
Kulula advertised 15 000 tickets on sale from Tu. 13 Oct (06:00). Went on website at 05:00 to see existing prices. Went on website after 06:00 to book tickets. Ticket prices didn't dropped to R315 (Lanseria - Durbs), but stayed whole day at R748.12 and didn't drop to R432 (Lanseria - Cape Town), but stayed whole day at R987.52. Time spent on internet from 06:00 until 21:30 with the hope to see if any changes on prices will happen, was productivity time lost. Don't advertise if your intentions are to fool everybody.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
The sale fares and kulula discount have already been allocated on published fares for all kulula flights and class types till 7 September 2016. These were in the system from 6am, 13 October 2015.
Depending on the flight and demand, pricing differ according to the date and time of travel. The promotional price reduction were only app**** to kulula and British Airways (Operated by Comair) flights and fares booked during the promotional period.
Only J class fares were limited to 15 000 seats but all kulula.com fares have been discounted in the system by 20%.
When various people are simultaneously viewing the same booking fare online, the first person to complete payment will be allocated that fare. The booking is not guaranteed until payment has been confirmed.
Please be advised that kulula.com is a live system. It is accessible to the public at all times and fares are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Your feedback assists us to create a better service for all our customers
