False Advertising

<p>I booked a trip with Kulula under one of their holiday packages for our wedding anniversary and was appaled to learn today that the hotel we will be staying in not living up to the requirements advertised. I specifically wanted a hotel with spa treatments and have been trying to get hold of the spa the entire week to make a booking, only to find out this morning that the spa has relocated.</p> <p>Please explain as to why this package was advertised incorrectly and this is not acceptable and we will be leaving tomorrow afternoon?</p>
