Extremely extremely bad service 😡😡😡

My flight has been delayed for 6 hours from Durban to Johannesburg. It was suppose to be at 2 they delayed it to 8 tonite when we ask they say they don't know whats the reason. I have to go to my son's concert at 5 now i can't. When i ask for refund they say it will take 8weeks 😢😢😢😢😢 😢 😢 i dont know where will i be while waiting, what will i eat 😡😡😡😡😡
