Extremely exceptional service

<p>I would like to convey the highest of praise to the staff members Jackiand Matabali ( forgive my spelling of the names) at the Kulula/ British Airways ticket sales desk at O.R. Thambo international - </p> <p>On 16/05/2017 I had missed my flight due to unavoidable circumstance and was etreamly stressed- These two ladies literally went above and beyond the call of duty in the mist of the system having issues to ensure I was booked onto the next availble flight. </p> <p>Jacki, literally ran between floors- to ensure my bagage was retreieved, ensured I was calm and more importantly - ensured I got home.</p> <p>As a frequent flyer- your business has my support for life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>OJ Naidoo- Proud BA/ Kulula Travellor.</p>
