Extremely bad service from kulula

Kulula double charged me for a flight booking in October 2018 and told me the money would be refunded within 48 hours or I should contact them which I have done and I particular communicated with Shanti Gangan since December 2018. I completed the refund form but Shanthi keeps on saying the refunds section is going to either call me today or it's after lunch etc.... But it never happens. I am tired of calling kulula to just give me back my own money.... They are *******!!!!
