Extreme lack of empathy by KULULA staff at OR Tambo intl.

It is disappointing to observe such an extreme lack of interest in customer service by your OR Tambo airport staff. An elderly woman was left stranded simply because there was a mishap with the airports when her booking was made, none of them saw it fit to assist they just told her that there is nothing they can do......SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE, NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER CONSIDER THIS AIRLINE IN FUTURE.
