EXPOSED TO COUGHING + SNEEZING PASSENGER FOR TWO HOURS ON FLIGHT

On 14 August 2018 I flew from JNB - CPT on Kulula.com. A woman was seated next to me who didn't stop coughing, sneezing and sniffing for the entire two hours of the flight. I've managed to get through winter without being sick, but as a result of my exposure to her spraying out her germs all over me, I came down with a bad cold. As a result, my stay in Cape Town was marred. Is there nothing that can be done about sick passengers ? If they cannot be barred from flying, surely the airline can issue them with a mask in order to minimise the spread of germs to the other passengers.
