EXPIRED KULULA MOOLAH

When swiping a Kulula Credit Card, kulula moolah is earned. This moolah can be used towards purchasing flight tickets. I go to great trouble to earn moolah. I stand in long queues every month to pay utility bills etc. When the amount of moolah, earned in a specific month, is not used within 6 months, it expires. An amount of almost R700 of my moolah has expired because I have not used it. How can I use the moolah is Kulula is not making bookings??

I have phoned Kulula Credit Card many times ... nobody can assist me. I have sent more e-mails that I can count ... only automated responses are sometimes received.

How can I lose moolah that I have rightfully earned if I can't book flights?
