Expensive wedding dress & bad attitude.

My Sister flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 13th of December 2014. She came to Cape town for her own wedding. She had to fly with her wedding dress to get it to Cape Town. Upon check in at O.R Tambo she asked the person behind the desk about if there is a safe place to hang her dress in the plane. She assured her that it will be hung somewhere safe (because we all know how expensive a wedding dress can be). When she got onto the plane the air hostess said no she must put her dress on her lap all the way to Cape Town because they cannot accommodate her. This is very upsetting, because we would have made other arrangements if we knew this was going to happen. After the flight Kulula sent her a email to do a survey about her flight and experience on the flight. she did the survey and brought this to their attention. No one got back to her and i feel this is horrible service and to be honest i think there is nothing going to come from this complaint as well , but i just thought people should know for encase they were considering flying with kulula with goods that can get damaged.
