Exorbitant cancelation fees & poor service.

I was booked to do the Cape Cycle Tour but broke my arm and could not do the race. I needed to cancel my flight. To change the flight to George in June they wanted me to pay in R750-00. Meaning a the ticket would cost round R5600-00. They offered me 50% refund which I rather opted for as I can buy 2,5 tickets to George for the refund. What them make it worse wa I got and e- mail seating it will take 6-8 weeks to approve the refund and a further week to process the payment. All my respect for Kalula and their ethics went out the door. I where possible always used them a my preferred carrier for private and business travel which is extensive at least 5 - 6 flights a month for me alone to to mention my family and staff. So Safair here we come, it’s not the money it’s about how the public is been **********. They can take your money in minutes but it will take months to refund. I accept a cancellation fee but R 2300-00. That is ****************.
