Exceptional service from Qaqamba

I want to thank Qaqamba from Kulula customer care for caring enough for me on a call. I got Covid a week before and couldn’t travel. When I tried to change my flight now after they held it, she made the process so smooth. She was funny and engaging the whole call. I had called the call centre 3 times in a space of 45 mins as when I’d get through to a consultant and they’d start helping, the call would cut. But Qaqamba called me back (where as the others haven’t). She gave me exceptional service and I’m so appreciative as when my partner tried to change his flights earlier after testing positive for Covid, his consultant gave him the run around so I had anticipated a similar experience. On the contrary. Thank you so much again Qaqamba!
