Excellent service from Kulula

I bought a flight ticket to Cape Town in January 2015 and the day i was suppose to fly out my mother past away, i called Kulula 2 hours before my flight and they were able to assist me to cancel the flight and the lady was very helpful and she was in contact with me if there was information required.Kulula flights services are human beings and know how to take care of their customers.<br> <br> Thank you Kulula and the team.
