Excellent Service

<p>I don't always have the best service experience with Kulula but this morning i called to enquire about my flight in december and i was assited by Mbali Mweli and she was an absolute star. she confirmed all my details, was extremely professional and polite. Kulula definately needs more passionate and s****ed staff like Mbali.</p> <p>Thank you for your excellent service and for changing my impression of Kulula.</p>
