Excellent Customer Service

My family and I received excellent service from Anne Jacobs and Curtly van Willing at the Cape Town International Airport. Anne quickly noticed that we were travelling with an elderly person and she arranged some assistance for her which is very rare because people just usually do the bare minimum and do not care much for customer service. Curtly also gave a friendly service and provided answers to all our questions. We really appreciate the excellent service from Anne and Curtly and hope they are developed further in their careers in order to lead others to excellence in customer service.
