Excellent customer service
I recently contacted Kulula to arrange Special Assistance for my dad who was travelling from JHB to Durban.<br> The staff were friendly and accommodating and took really good care of my dad. I was really stressed about him travelling alone, but the service provided by Kulula was excellent. Thank you :)
