empty promises and no management

<p>unfortunately i have to say that i will never be making use of kulula.com for my flights again as i made a booking for a flight on wensday the 12Th of october for a flight from Jhb or tambo to george on the 25th of december paying with my credit card. as there was a payment issue as the funds were deducted drom my account but not authorised on kululas side resulting in a booking not being made i was the sent from pillar to post to have the issue resolved thanks to selica at kululas assitance we agreed on a resolvement i was to pay for a new booking and a refund was to be made to my account for the previous booking working in customer service myself i understood the hurdles the faced only to 48 hours later confirming with my FSP Fnb that a refund was not requested from kulla to my account i have made numerous calls with no assitance and no management in office available at call centre ********** and also no assiatnce or mamagement available at finace on (011)921011</p>
