Empty Promises

For such a "BIG" Corporate to not be able to do a refund within 3 weeks, blows my mind. Easy to take a double amount from my account but seemingly very difficult to refund an error on their side.

I booked a Hotel, 3 rooms! almost R11 000. Kulula makes big promises and then lets you down every single time. Spent almost 3 hours on the phone already, still not getting refunded for their mistake. Not impressed! What must one do to get your money back???
