employee negligence

<p>I traveled with kulula airlines on the 12th Feb 2017,and I'm really disappointed in the fact that when I returned to my hotel I had noticed my suitcase was cracked an the locking mechanism was broken. It's extremely disappointing considering I'm such a frequent kulula flyer and for the employee to just damage someone's property is really disgusting,i really hope that kulula acknowledges this complaint and does something about it.</p>
