Elderly pensioners abused by porters

Complaint no 2, the only reason I'm going to hello Peter is because, if they did this 2 times to my parents, I'm sure they have done this to anothers.

My parents flew from Durban to Johannesburg.

My mother is a 66 year old double leg amputee and my father is 64 year old with chronic asthma with knee and arm problem.

My mother had her own wheelchair and only needed a porter to assist her with her luggage and assistance with the wheelchair.

A wheelchair was booked from the airline for my dad, however when they arrived at Johannesburg airport the porters demanded a R50 tip from them.

I find the behaviour of both porters appalling as Kulula offers a disabled service for free and passengers should not be harassed for a tip.
