Dusappointed khuluka airlines

we had booked a local flight from durban to cape town a while ago. After the presidents address we decided to play if safe n not travel ... we visited khulula offices to advise of our intentions which are to cancell our booking of 6 people due to this outbreak of the corona virus n was told there is a fee.. we asked what the fee would be n was told 50% of flight total. In this case if would be around R6000..the second option was to re schedule flight dates. They advised this can be done but travel has to be before May 2020..i have explained i can only avail of leave in sept 2020. This is not a decision we happily took to postpone our holiday. .im soo disappointed with the service from khulula airlines..
