Durell Dunn call center supervisor pathetic service

This pathetic airline and its *********** call center agents has me up to my neck. I did an online combo booking and after they received payment, the confirmation page had the absolute wrong times for departure which I didn't choose. I called in the call center and spoke to a supervisor by the name Durell Dunn, who requested me to send an email. I've sent 5 emails already and he hasn't bothered to respond. After businesses feet your money, they don't really care whether you have amendments to make or not.
