So this is as 2 part compliment to kulula:) 1- I just booked a ticket to JHB and was in a bit of a rush and would you believe I selected the wrong departure time :( called them immediately and was ready for the "Sir your ticket is non changeable" .. but the lady at the call center just did everything and wished me a good day.. no charge and was super stoked :) 2- This is more a dis at the other providers, checked on Kulula and saw they do not charge to transport a bike.. then saw a special (from similar provider) and bought flights only be read in T&C's that there free luggage does not include sporting goods:( so had to pay R600 extra)

So in short, just wanted to say GOOD JOB.. like your T&C's and like your ability to be flexible at times.. Thanks guys
