Double payment for airticket

I booked an airticket online and was informed that my booking did't go through. I paid again and by then the ticket was more expensive. When I looked at my bankstatement I saw both amounts went through my account. After sending proof of double payment I as informed that they will look into the matter, Its more than a year now and after numerous mails I am still battling to get my money back
