Double EFT deduction on online bookings

On the 24.2.2015 I booked ticket online. i saw that double payments went off for 1 ticket purchased. I called them the next day only to find that the ticket wasn't confirmed but they took the money. They then told me because it didn't confirm I had to pay in R68.40 as the price went up. I paid the difference even after they double deducted or they cant confirm my ticket. The 26.02.2015 I was still waiting on confirmation of my flights, eventually I spoke to Shamiema who email the confirmation. i emailed Miriam to find out about my refund twice only to receive a email saying the refund will take 6-8 weeks. Is this airliner living in the stone ages? I then asked for the Airline Complaints ombudsman and they didn't have this details for me. KULULA I WANT THIS REFUND IMMEDIATELY, THIS MONEY WAS REFLECTING IN YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!! DO YOU WAIT 6-8 WEEKS FOR PAYMENTS OF TICKETS?
