Double Charge - Poor Customer Service!

<p>Kulula's contact centre provide's the poorest service to say the least. The agents are point blank useless and the manager's don't take your calls when you ask to speak to them. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Robin Williams who quite frankly should not be allowed to work with customers as she has no clue what customer service is. I've lodged a complaint with their call centre in January and to date have been told that they are working on the query. They make excuses to avoid taking your call when you call in and promise to call you back but never do. Pathetic service to say the least! You would think an airline would provide better service to their patrons but clearly their service levels are just putrid. </p>
