Don't waste money on prepaid seats - they are a HOAX

Kulula offers the option to pay an additional fee for a preselected seat. Done this and paid about 25% of the ticket price extra to get seats in front rows on two different flights. In BOTH cases the seats that we paid for were not available and we were booked on seats in the back of the plane, not next to each other. The best of all is the soppy excuse that the airport took the seats for unaccompanied children or people in wheelchairs - sorry Kulula, the people in those seats where definitely not in any of those categories! I am waiting for my refund...
