DON'T USE KULULA - BAGGAGE CHANGE A RIP-OFF

I' m booked to "Fly Light". Needed to change to take a "booked bag". Checked on the website, only change I could make was to "Add Extra Bag" @ R330 (normal price R170). Safair allows change electronically. Phoned Kulula and was told changes can only be made telephonically. Was then told would cost R1,495. Suggested I rather just add an extra bag @ R330 via the website! Ridiculous, so moral of the story, rather use Safair. You'd think Kulua would do everything to be competitive given their situation.
