Dont Fly Kulula. It's all about making money with them

Dont ever fly kulula. They make now exceptions for their customers even for you a few minutes late. Their manager Savani Perumal attitude was "no sorry we cant help". Didnt even try to call the captain although we were 30 minutes minutes before flight. Worst part we had to pay R1000 more with no offer to cancel this fee. Really?? It seems all they want is money l. Guaranteed they would have made exceptions of it wasn't just us "common folk". Rather fly Mango they accommodate you!
