Dont fly Kulua

I had purchased 6 flight tickets on Kulula before covid and before they went into business recue. When they went into business recue I opted for the option to reuse the tickets before November 2021. I have just been on the phone with Kulula who took 40 minutes to answer the call. To use the tickets for the exact same destination and similar times as previously booked they want to charge me R1200 per ticket, that is R7200. Either the person I spoke to has no clue what they are doing or this is highway *******, because I can go and book new tickets online for the same price. This makes no sense. What a disgrace!!!!
