1. Other Airlines are on time 2. Other Airlines do not ***** your money by swopping out your pre-paid seat 3. Other Airlines assist their passenger when it is pointed out to them that the reason you pay extra for legroom is due to health reasons.

I booked 2 tickets...one for my daughter down to Durban (Delayed) and one for me up from Durban to Lanseria (Delayed AND they allocated me a seat at the back of the plane AFTER booking and paying for a preferred seat with extra legroom due to a bad leg).

So we all had to wait for longer (In my case over an hour), pay extra for parking, lose a pre-booked seat and inconvenience family and friends depending on us.

So please, fly any other airline...because with other airlines, the customer comes first.
