Don’t travel with Kulula

<p>I am not the biggest fan of Kulula or their service and once again I was proven right.</p> <p>I have paid twice already for a pre-booked seat and now I have to hear they can’t give me my seat as it is already taken. I have been on a flight of Kulula where my seat was changed because someone else pre-booked, but they can’t do the same for me. This in unacceptable! I would have at least accepted a refund.</p>
