Don't get what you' pay for!
This is totally unacceptable. I am never flying this airline again. Normally you just let us wait an hour in the airport or on the plane, and now you have decided to let your customers know that you are mostly late.<br> <br> You have caused my family and I to miss an important family affair which we will never be able to replace.<br> No compensation, refund or plan to be made after calling your call centre .<br> <br> I will definitely make sure that my family, friends and customer base are aware of your lack of willingness to help or provide the service that is paid for. <br> By the way, it's now 16:20 and we haven't even boarded the plane yet!<br> No other flight is delayed out of Durban except for Kulula- what terrible service.

We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Some occasions, we have no alternatives and in such cases, we do have to impose the delay. I have been advised by Operations and was advised that due to the aircraft experiencing a technical problem , this resulted in an aircraft change that needed to be done. I am aware the delay notifications were sent to all affected passengers advising of this . It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business.
On time performance is a prime area of focus for us and we always review any disruption we have imposed and what alternatives we can use for future. Unfortunately with the delays experienced on Sunday no alternatives were available at the time.
