For the past week I have been trying to contact Kulula.com and British Airways to use the value of flight tickets that was cancelled due to COVID 19. I have sent emails , also tried their call centre on numerous occasions and sent requests from their website to contact me to discuss the process. To date no response. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them!!!!!
