Dissapointed In Kulula. I could have bought new tickets instead

I needed to change the flight date from 14 July 2018 to 10 July 2018. It costs me an additional ZAR1291.85. I needed to change online but the lady at the Call Centre couldn't accept the Capitec debit card. They confirmed they only accepted credit cards. However the strange thing was, when I bought the tickets the first time, Capitec Bank Card was accepted. Online then advised me to go to the airport to change the tickets confirming the additional costs will be ZAR 811. At Cape Town Airport, I was told the costs online and at the airport will not be the same. My total payment for the one way ticket for two adults from Cape Town to Lanseria Airport cost me in the end ZAR 2747.72. Online ticket was ZAR 627.00. Wow really. Farewell Kulula
