Disrespectful service from Kulula call centre agent

Contacted Kulula.com to rectify a spelling mistake in the name of the ticket that was booked and spoke to a consultant by the name of Sipho.

He was completely rude and his conduct over the phone when requesting information of my ticket was uncalled for and disrespectful.

The fact that he thinks he can yell at me over the phone due to his inability to understand what I was saying is disgusting and Kulula should be embarrassed that he is a representative of the company!
