Disregard for IATA regulations and dismal customer service

Hope this email finds you well. My flight was cancelled and significant inconvenience was caused. No meals nor vouchers were issued and this is in direct contradiction to the IATA regulations. I certainly hope that my food claims attached for 3passengers will be reimbursed and that I will be reimbursed for this oversight.
