Disgusting service....Bunch of ******.

I am very very Unhappy regarding the service that was received from you guys. I booked and paid for a booking on the 26/03/2022 then I called and moved the booking for the 12/03/2022, you emailed me with a difference I had to pay, and then all flights was cancelled. I had to rebook at a different airline because I had to get in to cape town. I email and emailed and called several times without any assistance, which I think is pathetic. I had to pay over R 7000 for a new flight after I already made payment….. Do you think that everyone has that kind of Money to just waste it?????????? I went to OR Tambo to the Kulula centre and left my details there for a full refund, and still NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

This is unbelievable and will never in my life ever book with Kulula again. Taking Money and then throwing the term and conditions in people’s faces. I will get my lawyer involved and will make in publicly known that you guys took my money and refuses to refund, also given incorrect information, lying and have agents treating people like ****.

This is really pathetic
