Disgusting Service, Would not recommend this airline at all!

Horrible service from consultant at Kulula i booked a flight which THEY then moved to a much later flight! I called to change it for both me and my partner His was done and mine not I called in to find out why has mine not been done after holding for 24min she tells me it’s in a queue and she cannot guarantee it will be the same flight I’ll have to wait.
