Disgusting service from Kulula
I cannot believe it. I tried to change a ticket due to being in another part of the country for work and unable to make my flight, and I was told that it was going to cost me an additional R1200 on top of the R2300 I already paid!! What are you smoking????! You CANNOT tell me that is \admin"fees. Absolute ******* and I am completely disgusted in the way you do business. Once a great and honest airline.... I guess no longer.<br> """

A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
