DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM KULULA

<p>I need to return to Johannesburg as a matter of extreme urgency as a result of a ******* at my home in Johannesburg. Despite all efforts I cannot apparently change my booking on Monday, and their help line closes at 7 p.m. All I get is a ridiculous message stating ''we are at home in our PJ's" This is NOT funny. I think Kulula are useless and I will not be using this airline ever again.</p>
