Disgusting Service

Just a careful note... I have being flying for many years and with kulula.com quite a bit in the past.

I stopped when I flew with my wife and tge seating configuration had been messed up when an extra row was added and seating was out of alignment and tge, staff were rude.

I now with Covid-19, not able to fly for a while, I booked for my famiky, myself, wife and little ones, with kulula.com and was utterly shocked when I recueved, an sns to say my flight time was changed from an afternoon flight to a morning flight.

I am traveling from almost 350km away and would now nerd to wake up and leave by 4am to nakr the flight with babies of 18 months!!!

I will not be flying with kulula.com anymore and want a refuvd as well as wanted to tell others if this experience... The airline is clearly manipulating their customers... But you decide to fly with whom ever... I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS AIRKUNE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
