Disgusting service

<p>I am about to do something I have never done before and that is rant about the most shocking service in South Africa. The most *********** idiots who managed to get jobs, Kulula Air Lines. 4 return tickets from Durban to Johannesburg were bought and paid for. 2 People used the outbound tickets and informed the airlines that the other 2 outbound tickets will only be returning thus using the Johannesburg/Durban ticket. When the passengers got to take the return ticket the on passenger was informed that his ticket has been cancelled and Johannesburg cannot be responsible for Durban cancelling the ticket...SAME AIRLINES. Eventually they issued a boarding pass but while they were issuing the boarding pass the plane was taking off. How pathetic and stupid can people be. Only 2 people where returning. 4 seats booked and paid. only 1 person got on the plane. 3 empty seats available and they could not allow 1 of the paid tickets on the plane??? Kulula are more concerned about the pathetic "jokes" they make than about passengers. Please let me know who else find them pathetic<br /> <br /> <br /><br /></p>
