Disgusting service

Can somebody at Kulula please respond to the complaints on hellopeter, it is totally disgusting to say the least that you except payments in advance for bookings and now that we are in lockdown, you guys don't want to refund the amounts paid, and mind you it is not small change especially seeing that we are struggling financially in these tough economic conditions(:
