Disgusting service

Such disgusting service, being 5 minutes late to check in and being told u can't board after getting off an international flight. Get to the counter at 10pm and the flight was to depart at 10.40pm. With still 40 minutes to take off. Your staff are rude and offer no assistance. They denied 5 passengers to board the flight. 5 passengers who paid for their tickets and were unable to get to their families after being away from home and traveling 10 hours.
