Disgusting service

A flight supposed to depart from Durban at 22h30 on the 7th September 2018 was delayed. Email was sent times changed for 23h45 . While we waited then at 23h00 we were told the flight was further delayed for 01:20. We requested the staff members to at least organise us some water or any refreshment because we were inconvenienced and those with babies babies were hysterical . We were told that there was nothing they can do.
