DISGUSTING KULULA, PATHETIC ***** AND CHEATS, STAY AWAY FROM KULULA

KULULA is the worst airline to ever deal with, after them selling our seats and blatantly lying that we were at a check in 15min after close. they are pathetic ***** as we have explained to numerous people as well as customer care agents exactly what transpired but to date close to a month gone and there has been no positive feedback or results, what time of airline is this? they arent even bothered by seeing all these degrading adds and write ups, it really doesnt phase them from there airport staff at lanseria to there customer service relations, you get pushed from pillar to post and they are not bothered, its disgusting and poor that they are such ***** and operate so *********ly
