Disgusting, inexcusable, unacceptable!!!

<p>Our 15.55 flight to EL departed 3.5 hours late with NO explanation . Then, 23 people were asked to volunteer to take the next day's flight - because they were "overbooked". We get to EL, and the entire flight's bags have been left in Jhb . . . And they will only arrive after 3 pm the next day?! We have a wedding at 10am which is 3.5 hours away from EL the next morning - we bought traditional Xhosa outfits especially for the song. How do you propose that we get ready for the wedding and get to the wedding by 10am?! In jeans/slops/t shirts with unbrushed hair and teeth? What present do you propose that we give the couple as a wedding gift? ! This is ridiculous!!! </p>
