Disgusting Ethics... Lack of Empathy

<p>Remind me never to fly with Kulula ever again!</p> <p>They are a bumch of ********* ******, I've had too many unfortunate incidents with them but the latest is by far the worst.</p> <p> </p> <p>My brother has gone missing, this is all over social media (and could possibly be dead). I asked if I could get a refund on my flight and I was told that this will not happen. I then queried to find out if I could give the ticket to someone else as I don't ever want to associate with such an airline, and I was told that option too is not available. Every other provider allows for this (despite of the kind of ticket one booked) except Kulula. This shows that they're completely *********, and always looking for ways to rip clients off. Totally disgusting and I swear never to use this damn airline ever again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I condemn you to the deepest parts of hell.</p>
