disgusting customer service

<p>Disgusting and unacceptable service by khulula airlines and budgetair.com</p> <p>my wife was booked with a flight with khulula airlines to fly back from johannesburg to Durban and could not take the flight as my 6 month old baby fell ill and had to be rushed to hospital the day before. i got a letter as requested by the airline from the hospital advising that the child doesnot travel for 3 days and has to stay in johannesburg for monitoring. i received a reply from budget air.com as follows : </p> <p>Dear ****a,</p> <p>We received an answer from the airline Kulula that your refund request is rejected.
