Disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting!!! I drop my 73 year old mom off at Cape Town international this morning at 5 to catch her flight with Kulula to lanseria, after waiting in a line for 10 minutes when she get to the front they tell her that she can not check in she is late, this is absolutely absurd, as she fly to me regularly, and after check in she normally make her way straight to her gate!!! I am living in CT now for 7 years and she comes to visit me almost every two months, that the airline could be so not compassionate to assist a 73 year old lady to miss her flight, having to wait on the airport for another 2 hours before she can take another flight having to pay for it again!!! Absolutely disgusted with their servant, will definitely NEVER fly with kulula again!!! or book a flight for my mom on this absurd airline!!!!
